Shipping & Handling:

Your address and phone number are required to complete delivery. Please note, we do not share this information with any other parties.

All orders are packed and shipped from Mississauga, Canada within 3 - 5 days from purchase. 

Delivery within Canada and the US:

We are currently using Chit Chats & UPS to calculate a set shipping rate based on one item. Please NOTE it does not include tracking or liability, therefore we will not be able to track its delivery path.  However, if you would like tracking and liability coverage please select an option that covers that through the Canadian and US or other postal services listed. 

Please look at your options closely. If you inadvertently purchase a rate that does not cover your location, we will use the next lowest rate to process your delivery and cannot guarantee whether it will or will not include tracking or liability coverage. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for deliveries. 

If you are local and would like to do a porch pick up, indicate this preference in a direct message to jacquieblondinceramics@gmail.com AND continue the shipping transaction with the lowest shipping rate AND I will refund you that cost upon pick up. 

Do we deliver to other countries?

If you would like to inquire about delivery to countries not included above, send me a direct message with your shipping quote request including your mailing address and phone number. I will send you a few options and then if you want to proceed, I can set up a mailing option for you. 

Countries outside of Canada may charge customs or duties when your shipment arrives in its country of destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility and orders will not be refunded due to unexpected duty costs.
