All orders are packed and shipped from Mississauga, Canada within 3 - 5 days from purchase and ship via Canada Post Regular Mail.

Delivery in Canada

Orders are sent via Canada Post and include a tracking number. Delivery time will depend on your location and may take between 2 - 10 working days. 

Delivery to the USA & International Destinations

Orders are sent via Canada Post Mail and will not include a tracking number unless requested at the time of purchase.  Delivery times will depend on your location and may take between 10-15 working days depending on the destination.

Countries outside of Canada may charge customs or duties when your shipment arrives in its country of destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility and orders will not be refunded due to unexpected duty costs.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact me to file a claim with Canada Post. Please take photos of the item showing original packaging. You can email your photos and claim information to info@jacquieblondin.com.
