Warranty

Product Warranty: We take great care in inspecting our goods for the best possible quality; however, we offer a warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects for one year. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Claims should be submitted via email hello@jacquieblondin.com.  We will assess the claim and provide instructions for returning the product if necessary.

Limitations: Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
